Ellie and Morgan Cairns, 14, from Callon, have become the first children in Lancashire to be given an anti-social behaviour injunction, banning them from swearing, spitting and abusing people in their area.

The court order follows a reign of terror on the Callon estate, with the twins ringleaders of a gang that subjected long-suffering residents in Callon and Ribbleton to a campaign of racist abuse and nuisance behaviour.
