Fears for missing teenager

Police say they are growing increasingly concerned about a 17-year-old boy missing from Kirkham.

Alexander Wesley went missing from his home address on Wyre Avenue around midday on Friday. His family have not heard from him since.

He is described as white, 6ft 3ins, of slim build with short dark brown wavy hair. He was last seen wearing a navy blue hooded top and jeans and he also wears glasses.

He is thought to have links to the Kirkham and Bispham areas.

PC Lloyd Jones said: “It has been a number of days since Alex went missing now and we are getting very worried about him. We want to find him to make sure he is safe and I would urge anyone who has seen him or has any information on his whereabouts to contact us.

“Similarly we would urge Alex, if he sees this appeal, to get in touch with us or his family to let us know he is okay.”
