At 2.20am on November 15, officers attended a flat in Kayley House in New Hall Lane, Preston where Adam was found with stab wounds to the chest.
He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital for treatment but later died from his injuries.
Two men, Connor Rumble, 25 and Grant Gardner, 24, both of New Hall Lane, have been charged with his murder.
Following further enquiries, police are now seeking two potential witnesses who might have been the last to see Adam alive.
