Convicted Preston burglar wanted on prison recall after failing to stick to his curfew

A man from Preston is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the terms of his release from prison.

Cameron Parkinson, 20, from Ashton-on-Ribble, is wanted by police after failing to stick to his curfew after being released from prison last year.

The convicted burglar, who had been jailed in February 2018 for two years and 11 months, was released on licence in May 2019.

In January, Lancashire Police appealed for information regarding his whereabouts after he was wanted in connection with a burglary in July 2019.

Police previously said he was aged 24, but the latest appeal gives his age as 20.

Parkinson has links to most areas of Preston, including Cottam, Plungington, St Matthews, Ashton-on-Ribble and the city centre.

He is described as white, around 6ft 1ins, of slim build with shaved hair and blue eyes.

Police further describe his hair as thinning hair with a distinctive tattooed hairline.

The force said he might also be using the name Joshua.
