Yesterday (June 1), after nearly seven months on the run, Harrison has been captured in the Wirral.

A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: "You may remember a wanted appeal we did for a man named Jason Harrison, 49, who failed to return to HMP Kirkham after being released in November 2019 on temporary license.

"He was located and detained yesterday in the Wirral."
