Concern for missing East Lancs man

David Tibbs went missing last night, say police, who are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

He is described as white with a slim build. He usually wears a baseball cap but his current clothing is unknown.

Police say David will usually travel by pushbike and has links to Colne, Nelson and Manchester.

Any sightings of David should be reported to police on 101, quoting log 1607 of August 16.
