Concern is growing for a Preston teenager who went missing 8 days ago

A missing person's search is still underway after a teenager from Preston disappeared more than a week ago.

Police said they are becoming "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of Ryan Lancaster, 19, who disappeared from his home in Ashton on Sunday, June 28.

Officers believe Ryan could still be in the Preston area and are appealing for the public's help to find him.

Ryan is white, 6'1" tall, with a skinny build and short brown hair.

A police spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Ryan, who has gone missing from the Ashton area of Preston.

"Anybody with any information as to Ryan's whereabouts should telephone 101 and quote log number LC-20200703-1388."
