Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to after a burglary at a supermarket in Preston.

It happened at 3.05am on Monday June 2, when two men used a crowbar to force entry via a fire door into Barkat Enterprise on Canute Street, Deepdale.

It is thought that they climbed over a cooler into the butcher’s area before stealing a mincing machine.

PC Mohamed Badat said: “These men broke into the shop in the cover of darkness and stole a mincing machine from the butcher’s area.

“If anybody recognises either of the men captured on CCTV or has information about the incident then I would urge them to contact police.”
