Burglar crept into Preston home and stole items from kitchen while occupants were upstairs

Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to following a burglary in Preston.

A burglar walked into an address in Waterloo Road while the occupants were upstairs and stole items from the kitchen before making off from the scene on Wednesday, October 7.

Officers have now released an image of a man they would like to speak to as they believe he may be able to assist them with their enquiries.

A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: "We are looking for help to identify the male in this picture in relation to a residential burglary which occurred on Wednesday, October 7.

"This male may be able to assist us in our enquires and therefore urge anyone who recognises them to please make contact."
