BMW driver arrested after leaving M55 and 'falling asleep at the wheel'

Police accused a BMW driver of drink-driving on the M55 in the early hours.

The county’s road policing unit said the car was seen “all over the place” before it left the motorway at Broughton, where the unnamed motorist allegedly fell asleep at some traffic lights.

The driver was arrested at around 3am today, it was understood.
