A 35-year old from Preston was arrested on suspicion of possession of firearms offences on Tuesday (October 13). He has since been bailed pending further enquiries until November 10.

Det Insp George Binns, from Preston Police, said: "We believe that the attack was targeted and is related to an on-going dispute between two groups of people.
