The annual survey, launched by Preston’s Business Improvement District (BID), gathers opinions on shopping, leisure activities, travel, vibrancy and safety.

Mark Whittle from Preston BID said: "The BID has regular dialogue with businesses to shape the work we do on their behalf. In order for the city centre to continue to grow and improve, it’s vital that we take a sounding from our visitors too.
