One of the North West’s leading housebuilders has become the latest firm to back Lancashire’s premier business awards.

Rowland Homes, the independent housebuilder based in Leyland, is sponsoring the Construction Business of the Year category at the annual Be Inspired Business Awards, the BIBAs.

Established in 1993, Rowland Homes has a proven track record for offering customers a stylish range of high-quality homes and creating living communities throughout the region.

The deadline for applications to this year’s awards closes at 5pm on Friday, with organisers expecting a late flurry of entries this week.

Rowland Homes managing director Paul Rowley said firms in the Lancashire construction industry had “proved their worth” after coming through one of the toughest economic climates in recent years.

He said: “There is no doubt businesses which are still growing in today’s construction industry deserve a huge pat on the back.

“Recent years have been some of the toughest I have known, but with true Lancashire determination, many firms in this region have pulled through and are on an upward path today.

“When things are down, we often overlook the need to celebrate the success stories and the BIBAs are a great way to be able to do that.

“Rowland Homes is delighted to be joining a stellar line-up of sponsors at this year’s awards.”
