Lancashire-based Roundhouse Properties has secured ITV’s pensions department as a new tenant at its Fulwood Park development.

ITV is moving from its Preston City centre location to Roundhouse’s Fulwood Park office, where it has taken 2,545 sq ft on a 10-year lease.

ITV’s group surveyor Matthew Parish said: “The new base at Fulwood Park will provide us with high quality offices in keeping with the company’s desire to provide all its staff with a great working environment.”

Harold Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “We are very delighted to welcome blue-chip businesses such as ITV as new tenants and look forward to working with them in the coming years.

“In addition we’re very pleased that we now only have 732 sq ft of office space available across our property portfolio.”

Mike Fetherstone, from Napthens, provided legal advice to the Roundhouse team.

The property company was also advised by Richard Wharton of JLL and Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin Hamilton.

ITV was represented by Adam Jackson of LSH.
