Eric Wright Group has completed a £20 million funding package with the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Real Estate business.

Eric Wright Group has been banking with RBS for almost 30 years.

The funding facilities will be used to support the group as it embarks on a series of new developments and projects to fulfil its growth aspirations.

The Preston-based firm is an established leader within the building industry, offering a range of services from construction and civil engineering to property development and facilities management.

Recent projects have included One Hardman Street, a new five-storey office building at Spinningfields and the £100m Stoke Extra Care retirement village PFI project, the largest scheme of its kind to be developed in Stoke-on-Trent.

Eric Wright Group prides itself on its long-standing reputation for delivering high quality services and establishing durable relationships with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors.

It also has a desire to support communities and has a charitable trust aimed at supporting disadvantaged minorities and underprivileged youth.
