A digital document solutions business has confirmed a major new contract win to supply and maintain photocopiers for national children’s nursery provider, Busy Bees.
Evolve Document Solutions in Leyland has been chosen to install photocopiers at 14 Busy Bees centres in Surrey. The five-figure contract covers a complete service and maintenance agreement ensuring the sites are completely catered for in all aspects of their document provision from copying, printing and scanning.
The three-year-old business had already worked with Busy Bees in 2011 supplying a number of devices to their Early Years Childcare sites in Sussex but this new deal represents an escalation in level of business with the award-winning children’s nursery provider.
Evolve Document solutions managing director Daniel Maddox said: “The new Busy Bees deal is wonderful news for Evolve and shows that with determination and a willingness to succeed; smaller companies can deal with the bigger accounts and can compete on price and most importantly, win on service. As a smaller supplier, we offer a different level of service; with bespoke, personal support and straightforward agreements and I believe this is where our clients are taking notice of the extra value and personal service we add.
“The new Busy Bees contract award is a massive endorsement of our approach, and we are grateful for their trust and custom.”
Busy Bees Paul Creaser, IT manager said: “Evolve Document Solutions has delivered an outstanding package of value and service which means we can concentrate on what we do best.”
The photocopiers will be installed in nurseries acquired in the recent Busy Bees purchase of the Caring Daycare Nursery group.
