Plus, every business who filled in a survey after the seminar rated it as good or excellent.
And 100 per cent said they would recommend the seminar to other SMEs.
Chris Brake, managing director of Digital Kitbag, offered valuable information and quick tips to help SMEs improve their online presence and win more customers. The presentation was followed by one-to-one sessions where Digital Kitbag staff discussed participating businesses’ current digital marketing performance and provided advice specific to them.
Chris Brake said: “Preston is a fantastic city with great potential so it was great to meet with so many local businesses.
“Many of these businesses understand the importance of digital marketing but it can often become overwhelming with so many new technologies and buzzwords.
“Our seminar de-mystified the industry to remind local businesses of the fundamentals, which was of huge value to the attendees I spoke with.”
