Lancashire-based Roundhouse Properties is looking to repeat the success of its Momentum Business Centre model at a new site near Preston.
The firm is gearing up for a new development at South Rings, Bamber Bridge, adjacent to B&Q.
Planning permission has recently been granted for the 2.3 acre site to develop 43 business units, offering flexible office and industrial space, ranging from 636 sq. ft. to 2,544 sq. ft, specifically designed for small to medium sized businesses.
Plans for the new centre follow the success of the Momentum Business Centre at Buckshaw Village, near Chorley.
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “Following the success of our Momentum Business Centre Models, we’re delighted to be repeating this formula with the development of Bamber Bridge, operating in an area that is in line for fast track growth.
“Lancashire has tremendous opportunities for growth and development, and the new Business Centre provides an excellent location with immediate access to the main motorway networks, linking the region’s largest cities and towns.”
Roundhouse Properties will again work with J. Waring and Sons Ltd as the main building contractor, supported by Partington Associates.
