In July 2016, Solita set up shop in the former Heathcote’s Brasserie and Olive Press restaurant, which was run by celebrity chef Paul Heathcote.

Mark Whittle at Preston Business Improvement District, said: “Solita’s a great venue, Franco and the team have worked hard to make it a success. Looking at the information from the vendors, it’s a strong business with stable financials.

“We really hope that another great operator sees the benefit of operating a restaurant with a difference.”

No-one at Solita’s management has so far been available for comment.
