A Lytham-based national accountants is aiming to boost the local economy by helping start-up companies finds office space.
Danbro moved into the former Land Registry offices on Lytham Green after a huge revamp of the former Birkenhead House building.
Land Registry is now based at Nearby Warton.
Danbro bosses Damian and Helen Broughton said that as one of the fastest growing companies in the North West it was only fitting that they should not only have space to grow - but to take others along on the journey.
The firm, founded by the Broughtons from their home in 1999 by, relocated earlier this year to the renamed Jubilee House (pictured).
With 66k sq ft of office space now at Danbro’s disposal managing director Damian has already announced plans to more than double staff, clients and turnover in five years.
They said that “2020 vision” extended to other businesses.
Danbro has 2.5k sq ft of incubator space for a suite of individual offices specifically for use by micro businesses, start-ups, charities and social enterprises.
There is also a hot desk hub for co-workers. and facilities include access to Danbro Wi-Fi and SuperFast Broadband, gym, canteen, coffee shop, parking and other services.
Helen Broughton said: “To help other people with their aspirations is a real privilege.
Damian said: “We think there will be good take up from contractors and the self-employed across the North West – where better to work than on the coast?
“When I was a contractor I dreamed of having a proper working environment.
“We’re flexible on prices and there’s a raft of support under the same roof – from accountants to Danbro Financial Services.”
