Bus re-routed due to roadworks
A bus service will be affected by roadworks in Longton next week.
The Preston Bus service 12 will not be able to travel along Chapel Lane between the A59 and Liverpool Road between 7am and 5pm from Monday, March 13 until Friday, March 17.
Outbound, the service will travel via the A59 Longton Bypass southbound to the Gill Lane roundabout, then northbound up the bypass to the Liverpool Road roundabout, then onto Liverpool Road to Franklands and the terminus.
Inbound to Preston, it will go via Liverpool Road, southbound on the A59, exiting at Chapel Lane and then on the normal route.
