13-year-old girl goes missing in Pendle

Kiera Rowen has been reported missing in the early hours of this morning after she left her home in Earby at 7pm yesterday and failed to return.

She has not been seen since and police are appealing to the public for any information that might help them find her.

The schoolgirl is described as 4ft 11ins, with a medium build and dark brown hair which she had been wearing in a messy bun.

When she was last seen she had been wearing a grey fleece/hoody, black leggings and white Nike trainers.

A police spokesman said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of 13-year-old Kiera Rowen, who is missing from her home address in Earby.

"She was last seen at her home address around 7pm on Thursday, September 3.

"We are now concerned for her welfare and are appealing for your help to find Kiera.

"If you have seen her or have any information, please call us on 101 quoting log reference 04/136825/20."
