WATCH: Music legend Billy Ocean delights fan with impromptu sing song at train station

A Preston train station worker was treated to an impromptu sing-song when R&B legend Billy Ocean came through town last night.

Virgin Trains worker Umar Ayub has become well known for spotting celebrities when they come through Preston Train Station and on Friday he spotted the ‘Get Out Of My Car’ chart topper, who was on his way to perform at Lytham Festival.

The singer performed a few lines from one of his biggest hits, ‘When The Going Gets Tough’, for the delighted fan outside the station before jumping in a cab to the festival.

Ocean was headlining the 80s verses 90s night at the festival and was joined by other classic acts of the era with Chesney Hawkes, Jimmy Sommerville, East 17, Sinitta, 5ive and Vengaboys.
