Lancashire police have issued a warning after two cars were broken into in Fulwood.

Two men allegedly targeted vehicles in Fulwood, Preston in the early hours of Tuesday, June, 9.

The men are believed to have smashed the passenger window of a Ford Galaxy car on Kennington Road and stole a wallet containing around £100 cash at around 4.15am.

A police spokesman said: “It is thought that the two men had tried the doors of other vehicles in the street and looked through windows but no other items were taken.

“In a similar incident on Beechway on the same day an orange Peugeot 207 was damaged after someone smashed the driver’s side window. Nothing was taken from inside the car.”
