Vintage glamour brings crowds to the seaside

Thousands of people flocked to The Hemingway family’s Vintage By the Sea Festival in Morecambe this weekend.

Led by designer Wayne Hemingway, wife Gerardine and son Jack, the event returned to 
Morecambe for a second year, with activities and attractions on both Saturday and Sunday.

The seafront area was transformed into a celebration of music, fashion, film, art, design and dance from the 1920s to the 1980s, with visitors able to learn the dances, take in live performances, exclusive DJ sets, catwalk shows, makeovers and taste new ideas in food and drink.
