Guitarist Tom Woodburn said: “Talk of the Town certainly has a stronghold in the heart of the band, it is consistently one of the first tracks on our setlist.

“We are extremely grateful to the more than 70 people that helped us with the music video - from fans to friends to family and indeed Sutcliffe School of Dance, who we certainly could not have done it without.”

Talk of the Town is now available on all streaming platforms again.

A spokesman for the band said: “The re-release of Talk of the Town certainly comes with some fresh excitement after the music video became somewhat iconic across the unsigned scene in 2018.

"The song emphasises the importance of rising above those that try to bring you down and the single-shot concept aims to highlight the chaos and unpredictability in life.

"The video was filmed almost entirely in Miller Park, Preston. The lyrics for the song were actually written in under 20 minutes by guitarist Tom, on a particularly inspired train journey.”

Arriving on the scene in July 2017 Building Giants quickly garnered a sizeable following through playing shows up and down the UK which soon propelled them into the realms of BBC Introducing radio coverage and wider radio with their initial EP, ‘Frontier’.

The band have recently completed their second UK tour. ‘The Devil Dance Tour’ took the quartet across the length and breadth of the UK, playing in a number of iconic venues including the O2 Academy Islington and Bannermans in Edinburgh.

As of now the band have racked up over 100,000 streams, downloads and video views.
