Asking price slashed for popular pub

The asking price of a popular pub near Preston has been slashed in a bid to find a buyer.

Ye Horns Inn in Goosnargh, which has been run by the Woods family since 1952, has been on the market for six months.

Now the family have taken the decision to knock £100,000 off the asking price in the hope that it will attract a buyer.

The pub, in Horns Lane, also includes a micro-brewery producing six ales including Goosnargh Gold, Goosnargh Truckle, Bit O’Blonde along with a red and pale ale.

Priced at £595,000 the landlords say they want to move on to spend more time with their ever-expanding family.
