As work starts on a new Preston tram line, here's what the route used to look like:

Parts of the line in Ribbleton and Deepdale have seen work start again, with land being cleared on the former Preston and Longridge Railway line, near Skeffington Road.

The track was last used in 1967 and has become overgrown and developed in other areas..
