That was the question we asked on our Facebook page and almost 8,000 people responded, with the vast majority saying yes.

The government's vaccination program is gathering pace with thousands more receiving the jab every day and London is set to begin trialling 24-hour vaccination centres before the end of this month.

Professor Stephen Powis, the NHS national medical director for England, told Sky News the 24/7 pilot would be starting "within the next week or two".

Would you have a Covid vaccination in the early hours of the morning?

The current 8am to 8pm vaccination times have been working for the over-80s, and some areas of the UK have managed to give out first jabs to the majority of this age group.

But as the vaccine is administered to younger age groups, the 24/7 centres will help ensure more people can get their jabs - especially when it comes to working age people.

Wendy Roome commented on our Facebook page: "It will take me one step closer to holding all my kids and grandkids in my arms again, so I will have it whenever and wherever it’s offered!"

Sandra Lawes said: "I’m an ‘older person’ and I would travel hundreds of miles at any time of the day or night to get the vaccine."

Warren Avis commented: "I'd get up in the middle of the night for it. I need to get to concerts again."

Kay Clarke said: "Oh yes. My greatest fear is ending up in ICU and long Covid and although there is still a chance of catching Covid it does protect against serious illness and hospitalisation."

Paul Wood said: "Yes there are 24 hours in the day, 7 days in the week, and I as most truck drivers have worked every minute of them. So any hour, any day. Yes."

Sharon Weigall said: "Yes. I would have it in a cave at the bottom of the ocean if necessary."
