Is the latest lockdown in Preston working?

Official Government figures show that since mid-January the rate of positive Covid cases per 100,000 people in Preston has been falling.

Preston has now been in a lockdown for a month and the latest figures show 15 out of 17 neighbourhoods have seen a drop in infections, with only St Matthew's and Moor Park seeing cases rise.
