In a letter sent out to parents, Head Teacher Paul Cowley said affected students will be able to access learning from home.

"We appreciate fully that this will have come as very unpleasant news to all of the students and families involved, but we will do our utmost to support them at this time," he added.

"We are in unprecedented times and there is much anxiety within our community. Nothing is of greater importance than the health and safety of our students and as you will have seen from our response this week, we respond quickly and decisively to support them."
