Evie Rideout, Neve Ward, Kishan Navekar and Harshal Gosai were up against teams from the host school, Chorley St Michaels, Penwortham All Hallows, Penwortham Girls, Leyland Wellfield, Tarleton and Worden Academy in Leyland.
Priory maths teacher Graham Owers said: “They had to complete a number of mathematical challenges and a maths test over 100 minutes.
“It included simultaneous equations and working out the length of an arc.”
He added: “It was tough and there were some difficult questions and the quartet, when it was over, were worried they had come last so they couldn’t believe it when they won!
“It was a tremendous achievement as it’s the first time Priory has won this competition and it’s a massive boost for the school.
“They each got a trophy and the school received a trophy and I treated the four to McDonalds!”
