Top Lancashire hotel has been named the best in England
A Lancashire hotel has been named the best in England at the national tourist awards.

The Michelin-starred Northcote Hotel at Langho – home of celebrity chef Nigel Haworth – was named hotel of the year at the Visit England awards.
The hotel had already been named the best in Lancashire at last year’s county tourism awards, but has now scooped the national title.
Craig Bancroft, Managing Director of Northcote Leisure Group said: “We are absolutely delighted to win the Hotel of the Year award at the VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2017. Having already been won our regional award with Marketing Lancashire, you always hope that you may be lucky enough to reach the nationals.
