Law man promoted to head litigation team
North West law firm Harrison Drury has promoted commercial litigator Nick Booth to be the new head of its corporate and commercial division.
Nick has been at the firm since 2014 and was already a director within the commercial litigation team.
In his new role, he will also oversee the work and direction of other teams including the corporate, insolvency, employment and regulatory teams.
John Chesworth, executive chairman at Harrison Drury, said: “Nick has significantly expanded the expertise and services of our commercial litigation team during his time here. He’s also been an amazing asset to our clients during the pandemic, showing the leadership qualities we desire to help us continue progressing as firm.
“I’m thrilled we’ve been able to offer Nick this opportunity to take the next step in his career.”
Nick, who was made a director in 2017, added: “I’m pleased to have been chosen to lead the corporate and commercial division. It’s a great opportunity for me to further my own expertise and to work more closely with colleagues from across the business as we support our clients.”
