Coronavirus: Prospective Garstang homeowners must now book private appointments to view Calder Park show home during Covid-19 outbreak

An open day hosted by Duchy Homes was set to take place in Calder Park, Calder House Lane, Bowgreave, Garstang, from Saturday to Monday, starting from 11am.

But the award-winning house-builder will now only offer private viewings of its five-bedroom "Ripley" show home to limit social contact during the coronavirus outbreak.

Visitors will have their own personal tour of the show home, with anti-bacterial cleaning between appointments. All door handles, kitchen handles and worktops will be disinfected, and catering at this event will no longer be offered.
