The new eatery – Wing’n it – will open in Fylde Road in the heart of the city’s student district in the weeks to come.
It promises ‘authentic Gourmet style fried chicken’ served with ‘all the best flavours, sides, drinks and sauces in a cosy, good vibe environment’.
The restaurant will be fully licensed and will boast a cocktail menu, as well as a range of beers, wines and spirits.

Tesco to open new Express store in Leyland
The new venture is a collaboration between local lads Antony Mac and Gary Cornwall and Sam and Lucy Howarth of Fat Sam's Bar & Grill in Leyland.
They are currently in the renovation process after taking over an empty unit (formerly Go Falafel) next to The Ferret and opposite 53 Degrees.
An opening date will be confirmed soon but they expect to be open by the end of July.
