The Affinity Lancashire site at Fleetwood is set to welcome Next Home to its 50th store site.
Next already has a clothing shop at the site next to Fleetwood marina, but now will add its homeware offer.
The move follows the recent openings by lifestyle clothing brand Lazy Jacks at the site joining clothing brands Regatta, Craghoppers, Weird Fish, Trespass, Gap and Next.
The Next Home store is due to open in early Autumn.
The centre closed during the initial coronavirus lockdown period but re-opened in June after social distancing measures were introduced.
Nicky Lovell, head of outlets and brand development at Affinity, said: We look forward to welcoming Next Home at Affinity Lancashire and bringing this new offering to our loyal customers within the community.”
She added that the centre had been doing well since lockdown.
She said: “Leasing momentum across the Affinity Outlets has proven strong throughout lockdown demonstrating confidence in outlet retailing.
“As customers emerge from lockdown, the accessibility and openness of our centres has contributed to encouraging footfall levels.
“Brands can bring their products directly to consumers and benefit from a flexible operational model, quality locations and being part of a well-rounded, family-friendly retail offer."
Affinity Lancashire has 143,000 sq ft of retail space near the Harbour Village residential development, with 700 parking places.
