City hostelry gears up for a busy World Gin Day '“ and the Euros!
And one Preston bar is offering a special gin sharing offer for ‘football widows or widowers’ ahead of Euro 2016.
World Gin Day is a global celebration of all things gin.
The idea is simple: get people together all around the world with a legitimate excuse to drink some gin, whether it’s in a cocktail, G&T or neat.

Hide AdPreston’s Hogarths Victorian-style gin palace is expecting a busy day.
The Church Street pub specializes in gin – with more than 80 varieties available.
A spokesman said: “With the football as well, we are expecting a busy day to say the least!”
Hogarths is offering a speciality Gin Sharing Tray with a mix of flavours, garnishes and tonics from around the world at £20.
The venue said: “We will be showing the Euros.

Remedy in Lord Street, Southport, is also holding a gin weekender this weekend.
