A ‘City Talk’ session is being held at Preston Town Hall where a stakeholder panel will update attendees on activities to date and plans in relation to anti-social behaviour associated with begging.

The scheme was launched nearly a year ago.

There will also be an opportunity to have dialogue with the panel and fellow attendees about how best to see a positive reduction in the number of people begging.
