The over 21s venue in Market Place will be unveiled following a £250,000 transformation. It will offer luxurious interiors, fresh cocktails, craft ales, VIP booths, table service and a great clubbing experience.

And on the opening night Danny Mac, who plays Dodger in the TV soap, will join in the party to meet fans.

General manager Dave Brown said: “As Squires and New York, New York this has been a fantastic nightclub for eight years, playing host to more than one million customers but it’s time for a change.

“We’re really excited about its new era as Cameo & Vinyl which will bring an entirely new clubbing experience to Preston.”
