No Ego Challenge Mud Races returns on Saturday May 10 with the Preston South Mud Race at Leisure Lakes, Preston.

This is the toughest No Ego Challenge in the series of races; a high adrenaline 10km trek across tough, muddy terrain designed to test your strength, stamina and determination encountering over 30 gruelling obstacles and challenges on the way like ‘The Mangle’, ‘Tunnel of Mud’ and ‘Getting Tyred’.

The gruelling military style obstacles will test more than your stamina and strength. There will be obstacles you will need help to get under or over. This course will test the most elite athletes, but will also be a fun and testing course for the first timer.

No Ego Challenge races are about leaving your ‘ego’ at home and being part of the adventure, achieving a personal goal and above all -have fun (whilst trying to survive).

Winners will be chosen at random from all correct entries. Johnston Press rules apply. Closing date 25 April 2014. You must be 18 years old or over to enter.
