Lancaster Leisure Park will be transformed into food and drink heaven to celebrate all that is delicious in the North West. There will be 70 artisan food stalls, street food vendors, high-end food retailers, producers, growers and drinks merchants, along with demonstrations, tastings, craft stalls and live music.

Displays of meats including fish, game and beef sit alongside baked goods such as bread, biscuits and cakes and spices and oils. For refreshment of the liquid variety, there will be a fantastic selection of local beers, ciders, fruit juices, cordials and locally ground coffees.
