Things are Bucking up
With memories of Eurovision still fresh, what better time for Britain’s most popular winners to bring their latest tour to Lancashire.
As members of the 1981 contest winners Bucks Fizz Cheryl Baker, Mike Noland and Jay Aston – along with Bobby Gee – went on to top the UK charts three times and sell more than 15m records worldwide, including Making Your Mind Up which went to number one in nine countries.
Now Cheryl, Mike and Jay – along with special guest Bobby McVay are back as ‘Formerly of Bucks Fizz’ at Blackburn Thwaites Empire Theatre on Friday June 19.
