Wicked’s cast of more than 30, includes several North West actors and the show was recently honoured by UK theatregoers with the This Morning Audience Award at the 2015 Oliviers.

Based on the international best-selling novel by Gregory Maguire the show re-imagines the stories and characters created by L. Frank Baum in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, and tells the story of an unlikely but profound friendship between two sorcery students.

The play runs at the Lowry from June 3 to July 25 with several matinees but it is only
recommended for children aged seven upwards.
