Tide of passion at the Preston Playhouse

Their take on September Tide a play by Daphne du Maurier, adapted by Mark Rayment, is at the theatre from Wednesday to Saturday night.

Widowed Stella,a woman of great gifts and beauty, regularly rejects proposals of marriage from neighbour Robert, but when her daughter Cherry brings home her husband Evan for the first time Stella soon finds herself attracted to him and a passionate affair ensues...
