Poets tell tales of Lancashire

Local poets tell their tales of our county in a special event at Brockholes Nature Reserve, near Preston, this Sunday.

Organised by the Poets and a Stage nights, the afternoon session features Preston based quantum poet, Dean Fraser, telling of his own personal journey through Lancashire in the form of folk influenced spoken word pieces.

Frazer is fresh from a performance at Nottingham’s Pagan Pride Festival and may also be recognised from his readings as part of the Harris Flights expo in Preston this year.

He will be joined by the Bard of Bowland, William Michael Neary, who also appeared as part of the Harris Flights.

Frazer will share his observational poems, combining rhyming verse with traditional story telling.
