Manford returning to resort

After a sell-out performance at the Blackpool Grand Theatre in January, Jason Manford is returning to Blackpool on Saturday 10 May.

The one-night show sees Manford bring back his current tour First World Problems.

The QI and Big Fat Quiz Of The Year regular has plenty of new experiences to entertain audiences with, such as appearing on ITV1’s Born To Shine, where he discovered a talent for opera-singing, even joining Fleetwood’s own Alfie Boe on tour.

Before this, Manford also had a well-received run on London’s West End, starring alongside Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton in the hit musical Sweeney Todd.

He said: “Some of you might think I’ve had a career change what with all the opera and musical theatre I’ve been doing lately.

“Not a chance, I’m excited to be getting back to what I really love the most – stand up.”
