Hebden Bridge comedy club moves upmarket!

Hold onto your sides when James Sherwood (pictured) starts singing.

He’s incorporated a number of self-penned, original comic ditties into his act about grammatical inaccuracies and failed nightclub courtships that have audiences literally crying with laughter.

James is at The Hebden Bridge Comedy Club at The Old Gate on Sunday, February 21 and is joined by posh boy Andrew Watts who was once a high flying solicitor in London.

But his love of performing stand up late at night across the UK soon conflicted with his employers’ policy of starting work on time.

Somewhat predictably, he now works as a full time comic.

Guest act for the evening is Tom Taylor and Mike Wilkinson comperes.
