Life in the sleepy Oxfordshire village of Dibley is turned upside down when the ancient Rev Pottle dies and the diocese sends new-fangled female Vicar Geraldine Granger as his replacement.

Landowner David Horton, is appalled and when it becomes clear the cheerful, new, chocolate-loving vicar does not intend to play second fiddle, he resolves to have her removed.

The amateur production has been neatly adapted from Richard Curtis and Paul Mayhew-Archer’s hit TV series.

Tickets £13, concs £11, 7.30pm, Saturday matinee 2pm. Box office: 01253 74 33 39 or www.blackpoolgrand.co.uk
