One of Britain’s best loved piecmusicals comes to the Clitheroe stage next month.

Lionel Bart’s ‘Oliver!’ – the stage musical adaptation of Charles Dickens ‘Oliver Twist’ – was a West End and Broadway hit and won new generations of fans when it transferred to the cinema screen.
Songs from Bart’s pen have become popular classics, including ‘Consider Yourself’ and ‘Food Glorious Food’, and now audiences in Lancashire have a not-to-be-missed opportunity to see this musical theatre masterpiece when it is staged by Clitheroe Parish Church Amateur Operatic andDramatic Society.
Performances are from (Saturday) February 14 to 21 at the St Mary’s Centre, in Church Street, Clitheroe.
Performances 7-30pm plus a matinee on Saturday 21 at 2.15pm.
